A Little About Me…

I see things from both sides — the big picture and the small details. I was lucky to learn from CEOs and department heads who shaped my management mindset, while hands‑on jobs in sales and marketing taught me how things truly work day to day. I communicate easily, stay proactive, and enjoy giving ideas a touch of beauty and clarity through visuals.

Stories Behind My Skills

Skills, for me, are not only what you learn from books but also what you shape through real work.

Language – My Love for Words

I’ve always had a soft spot for languages, which open doors to new ways of thinking and seeing the world.

Along my learning journey, I was lucky enough to receive a few recognitions:

  • VSTEP Level 5 (C1 equivalent) certificate
  • HSK6 with Advanced HSKK in Chinese
  • Second Prize in the Provincial English Contest

During university, I worked as an Chinese interpreter — guiding guests on market research trips and factory visits. Each experience taught me something new: how people think, how cultures meet, and how words can connect us beyond language barriers.

I didn’t stay in this path professionally, yet those experiences made me better at listening, understanding, and connecting with people from any background.

My First Sales Journey – From Learner to Team Leader

I started my first job as a Sales Executive — even though it wasn’t related to my major. The product was Custom Website Design Services, something I knew almost nothing about at the time.

It was challenging at first, but I learned quickly. Within a few months, I not only understood the product but also began leading a small team of five members.

As a Team Leader, I created sales plans, trained new members, and guided our group to meet and exceed our targets.

My personal best KPI reached 100 million VND per month, a milestone that still makes me proud.

During this time, I was directly mentored by the Head of Sales and a Senior Developer, which helped me grow fast. My communication skills improved and I also gained a deeper understanding of technology — a field I’ve come to really enjoy since then.

Building Websites, Building Connections

After some time working in Sales, I gradually took on an additional role as a Project Operations Coordinator. This transition opened a new world for me — I began learning about:

  • Website Design and Management (Hosting & Domains)
  • SEO and Social Media Administration

My job was to receive client requests, analyze their needs, and assign tasks to either our in-house Development team or suitable Outsourced partners. Over time, curiosity turned into capability — I began designing websites myself based on client requirements and received a lot of positive feedback.

Many of those connections have grown into long-term relationships that I still maintain today.

Exploring Marketing – Learning by Doing

My journey in marketing began when I joined AQBio Group as a Marketing Executive. It was an exciting environment where I learned how to build Marketing Plans and Manage Multiple Marketing Channels at once. Beyond the desk work, I also got to experience the field firsthand — attending exhibitions, visiting production sites, and collecting real-world insights for our campaigns.

During this time, I had the chance to work with advertising tools like Facebook Ads and Google Ads. Although I didn’t achieve major revenue breakthroughs, I gained something just as valuable — a deeper understanding of how ads work, how audiences respond, and how to use these tools to support broader marketing goals.

Little Joys in Life

Beyond work, I enjoy slow, creative activities that keep me balanced and inspired

Knitting – Calm Little World

I love the quiet rhythm of each loop and stitch — how something as simple as a thread can slowly turn into cute gifts.

Piano – Way to Focus

Sometimes I record short clips of melodies I love, not to show perfection, but to capture memorable emotion.

Travel – Source of Inspiration

I love exploring new cities, trying local food, and talking with people who see the world differently.
